MBR / GOVERNANCE

AML / KYC Policy

MBR applies a verification-led approach to every prospective engagement.

Last updated: September 2026

Our approach

MBR supports legitimate businesses only. Preliminary assessment may include identity, company, beneficial-ownership, business-model, jurisdiction, source-of-funds and anticipated-transaction checks.

Documents we may request

  • Company registration and constitutional documents
  • Director, shareholder and beneficial-owner identification
  • Licences, contracts, invoices or business evidence
  • Proof of address and source of funds
  • Payment-flow and transaction-volume explanations

Enhanced review

Higher-risk, complex, unusual or cross-border activity may require additional evidence, clarification or enhanced due diligence. MBR may decline a matter when risk cannot be reasonably understood or managed.

Ongoing accuracy

Customers must promptly disclose material changes to ownership, control, business activity, payment flows, jurisdictions, licensing or source of funds.

No circumvention

MBR does not assist with anonymity, false identities, nominees used to conceal ownership, third-party account control or attempts to bypass institutional checks, sanctions or transaction monitoring.
